Responsibilities
负责储能系统产品（电池包、BMS、系统集成）的研发设计工作。
- 储能电池系统电气设计
- BMS功能定义与测试验证
- 系统集成方案设计

Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电力电子相关专业
- 3年以上储能或锂电池行业经验
- 熟悉LFP电池特性及BMS原理
- 熟练使用CAD、Altium等设计工具
- 英语读写能力良好
Overseas Sales Manager
Responsibilities
负责海外市场储能产品推广与销售，开拓分销渠道，维护客户关系。
- 欧洲/东南亚/中东市场开发
- 经销商网络建设与管理
- 展会参展与客户拜访

Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、英语相关专业
- 3年以上外贸销售经验，有新能源行业经验优先
- 英语流利，可作为工作语言
- 能适应海外出差
- 具有良好的商务谈判和跨文化沟通能力

负责外贸订单全流程跟进、物流协调及单证处理。
